We aim to despatch all items that are in stock within 7-10 working days of receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of a lead time or suggest a possible alternative.

Free local delivery within a 5-mile radius for orders of £15 and over. Please call for details. Alternatively, you can reserve items for in-store pick-up.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receiving goods. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Goods need to be returned in original packaging to Jules China, 2 Garden Street, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8AQ.

Please be sure to include your name, address and contact details.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse postage costs unless the items are damaged or sent in error. We will arrange a refund or exchange once the goods have arrived with us.
